ABOUT US
RS Comics is a comic book publisher based in São Paulo, Brazil. We offer digital comics, and in the future (subject to sufficient investment), physical comics and related products through this website.
DEFINITIONS
Service/Site: Refers to the RS Comics website.
Products: Digital comics (physical comics will be launched in the future, subject to sufficient investment), books, artworks, collectibles, and other items offered for sale.
You/User: Any person who accesses or uses the site.
Account: Account created to make purchases and access restricted areas.
AGE RESTRICTION
The use of this site and the making of purchases are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Minors under 18 years old may create an account and make purchases only with the authorization and supervision of their parents or legal guardians. In such cases, the parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for all actions performed by the minor on the site, including purchases (free or paid), use of content, and access to materials.
RS Comics is not responsible for the use of the site by minors without proper supervision from their legal guardians.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
By placing an order, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to purchase and that the information provided (address, payment details, etc.) is true and accurate.

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal or other available payment methods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
DELIVERS AND RETURNS
Delivery times vary according to the product and shipping address.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy (available on the site).
Personalized comics, limited editions, or digital content are not eligible for return after download, start of reading, or opening of the physical packaging.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All comics, characters, artworks, texts, and content published by RS Comics are protected by copyright.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the site without express written authorization.
Any violation may result in legal action.
USER ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we identify any violation of these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the use of the service.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, particularly those of the State of São Paulo. Any dispute shall preferably be resolved amicably, or in the courts of the São Paulo Judicial District.
